License key de-activation
Deactivation of a Navitel Navigator license key can only be carried out once, regardless of the reason (pursuant to paragraph 3.12 of the License Agreement). Reactivation is only possible with a device of a similar model and running on a similar operating system.
- for iOS users
Activation of an iOS license key on other platforms or reactivation of a license key from different platforms on iOS is impossible. According to Apple's policy, all purchases are to be made via AppStore; activation of a license key purchased elsewhere is impossible. In order to use a purchased Navitel application on another iOS device, log into the same account and download the exact same application you made your purchase from, and after starting the program, go to Buy premium > Restore purchase (see instructions).
- for Android users
If the purchase was made before 16.09.2014 or NOT from Google Play, deactivation of the license key is required. If the purchase was made from Google Play after 16.09.2014 via Navitel version 9.2 or higher, deactivation of the license key is not required. To use a purchased program on another Android device, purchase the Navitel application from the same account, and after starting the program go to Buy premium > Restore purchase (see instructions).
- for Windows Phone 8 (or higher) users
If the purchase was made before 17.09.2014 or NOT from Windows Phone Store, deactivation of the license key is required. If the purchase was made from Windows Phone Store after 17.09.2014 via Navitel 9.2 or higher, deactivation of the license key is not required. To use a purchased Navitel program on a different Windows Phone 8 (or higher) device, use the same Microsoft account to download Navitel from Windows Phone Store, and after starting the program go to Buy premium > Restore purchase (see instructions).
Important! Purchases for each OS can only be restored a limited number of times.
A license key for a map package can only be activated on one program key, and cannot be reactivated on another. When deactivating a program key, reactivation of maps is not necessary.
Important! After filing a request for deactivation of a key it is forbidden to launch the program on the old device with an active Internet connection, as it will lead to reactivation of the key and deactivation will no longer be possible.
If the Send button is inactive, make sure you have filled out all the required fields of the form, including file attachment. Approximately 10 minutes after the deactivation request has been sent, an automated response will arrive to your e-mail address with an assigned request number. If you don't receive the letter with the request number, that means your request has failed to reach us and it is necessary to send it again.
The request will be processed in 2-3 workdays.
The response detailing the decision in regard to your request will be sent to the e-mail address specified in the request form.
